Dr. Gill and staff were totally professional. My wait time in the office and during the procedure were minimal. My appointment today was a reschedule. The reschedule was somewhat difficult as it took someone 3 days to get back to me after I left a message.

Doctor Gill understood my nervousness and concerns, she and her staff took the time to explain what the procedure would be performed, and told me if the results are good or bad what the next steps would detail. I was forwarded to Dr. Gill by my dermatologist, Dr Hafeez (due to my history of Melanoma Cancer) as yet another "spot" had appeared on my old bald head. NOT Melanoma yet but had to makings of the right "look like". Normal procedure is to get rid of that puppy before things fall in the dirt. Staff all were great, Dr Gill removed spot and all good, so far. Sample will be sent off for "margin inspection" to make sure all got got.
