Really disappointed with my experience. I showed clear reference pictures, but the haircut I got looked nothing like what I asked for. The blending was uneven, and one side was noticeably different from the other. On top of that, it felt rushed, like they just wanted to get me out of the chair. For the price, I expected way more care and attention.
I really wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I came in asking for a chestnut brown hair color, but the result was far from what I expected. After the first session, my hair ended up with two different colors; orange on top and still black on the bottom. I politely explained the issue, and the young lady offered to fix it.
