I supplied EIFS Fiberglass Mesh Stucco Materials to Jim Share advantage for many of years and my company John 3:16 Supply had lots of problems collecting our money from them throughout the years. They owe me over 58,000 and fail to pay their bills. I get spoken rudely to and hung up on by Jim’s wife Sharron. They owe other companies as well I know. We have done business with this company for many years. I understand supply chain problems and pandemic issues. We’ve never had a problem until this last year. I cancelled an order and was assured my money would be refunded in two weeks. It’s been almost three months and still no refund. I’ve been lied to and spoken rudely to every time I call. Now there’s no answer and no way to leave a message. I submitted a complaint with the BBB and they could get no response either. We’re a small company and this a big deficit for us
The exact same thing that happened to Sammie above is happening to my company. We’ve never had a problem until this last year. We never recieved our order from March 2022. It’s been ten months and still no refund. I’ve been lied to and spoken rudely to when I call. Now there’s no answer and no way to leave a message. We’re a small company and this a big deficit for us.
I too am a small business and I made 2 orders over $5,000 and I cannot get through to them. They say “it’s under investigation” and do not give me an update on getting my money back or getting my delivery scheduled. It’s been 6 months and 4 months on my orders
