My daughter needed a western outfit for school. We went to Jim's and they had the western shirt and jeans that she needed. The sales person found us everything, and knew my daughter's size - when I didn't! We highly recommend this store for great customer service and a large selection!
It was time for a pair of boots and a friend recommended I try a family owned store in San Fernando. I made the drive from Glendale and to my delight I was thrilled with the selection plus the friendliness and knowledge of the staff and finally the prices. By the time I left I felt like I was part of the family if only for a short time. Now I recommend Jim's to all of my friends. You will too.
Best place in the Valley and neighboring cities. The folks here always make you feel at home and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied.
