Terrible service, I scheduled an appointment and when no one showed or called, I called the company to find out what happened. I was told I woul get a call back. After waiting an hour for a call back, I called the company again and was told that the service tech was supposed to call me to reschedule. That never happened. I waited 3 hours for an appointment that never happened and had to call myself to find out it needed to be rescheduled.
