Stranded Extremely poor service. Actually no service. AAA should not use these people. They are beyond shady. After waiting for the tow truck to come, we saw their truck go right by. We called & were told we're next. They called back & said they were given the wrong address by AAA. Then they said we were rude to the driver. Both lies. No driver ever showed up. They aren't very nice people Today I witnessed the most shameful behavior out of an area business that I have ever seen. Jim's Towing located on Franklin Ave, is situated right behind CSDD on Winchester St. CSDD provides services to Monroe County area residents that are physically and developmentally disabled.
