Unbelievable service! I bought tires from another retailer and misplaced the tire lock key. The retailer I went to could not get the tire lock off. I drove to Jim's tire center and Mark was gracious enough to help me out! He got the locks off and really saved me a great deal of trouble. It's nice to have good people around to help out! I will definitely be back again! Thanks Mark!!

The best of the best. Our family would go nowhere else. Honest and helpful. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile. Come in 5 minutes before closing for air I your tire. No problem. Not the least bit annoyed. Went over and above to help out my daughter. No one gives this kind of service anymore. Jim does. TWO THUMBS UP!!
I just can not say enough about the folks who work at Jims Tires! So polit, so professional and I never feel like they are up charging me or selling me on something I don't really need. Free Wi-Fi access as you wait, on the most comfortable couches I have ever seen in a waiting room. Just a great experience every time I have gone here!
