I was recommended to Jim by a respected tree company that no longer does stump grinding. Jim met as scheduled, described the work to be performed (utilities marking) and gave me a very fair quote. I was unable to watch Jim perform the work, but Jim sent photos and a summary of the work. Stump grinding is a unique skill, and Jim was personable, communicative and really exceeded my expectations. Make it easy, go with Jim.
Jim was responsive and fairly priced. He has very professional equipment. He showed up on time. Did the job gave me some advice on how to replenish the lawn area where the tree was. He made it easy.

Jim made an appoint for me the very next day to grind one big cedar and one big poplar stump. He showed up on time, was very communicative, and careful in what he was doing. He cleaned up well and raked all the soil back in place. Also wore good PPE and he’s licensed and bonded. His rates were very reasonable. Jim knows what he’s doing and I can’t recommend him enough!
