My security door was installed in February 2024. Recently I noticed that the strike plate was bent and that the door is having trouble closing properly and locking. I assume this has something to do with it. I only have a beagle dog that sometimes jump up against the door when I come home otherwise the door has been used as normal. Upon phoning Kulwinder he asked me to send him photographs. Later he phoned me to tell me that I had manhandled the door and that he would only come and look at the door if I paid him $120.
