Jimmy & his team are true talented & skilled professionals that are hard to find in this industry, as I learned the hard way. I called his company after I paid another company to fix a leaking section of roof in my townhouse. Long story short, the other company charged me for a sloppy repair that did absolutely nothing and my roof was still leaking every time it rained. I can't thank Jim enough for taking care of an emergency problem that my elderly parents suffered through from a con man. Who ripped them off financially and left half of the roof exposed to the weather. He came out, gave an honest estimate, and took care of the problem in a day and a half and didn't even bother to ask for money until the job was done. A true professional and a real gentleman!
While it wasn't an emergency, with the winds these days we lost a few shingles. I called Jim on a Friday and he stopped right over. Gave me a good estimate and his staff arrived Wednesday and replaced the tiles that were missing and a few frayed ones. Appreciate the honest assessment and local business. Also appreciate the neatness. Not worried about nails around the property.
