Said our roof was old, ruff and needed to be totally replaced after the hurricane. Our roof was only 12 years old and only needed 3 shingles and 6 ridge caps replaced. We hired a different company that came out the same day.
They sent a guy to my home that had no idea how to even estimate a roof! After I told him how many square it would take to do my roof he got on the phone gave me a price of almost $350 a square I told him not in this life time, he left came back 10 minutes later and told me he had mistaken me for some other customer and drop his price by over $ 125 a square. I told him I would get back with them. At that point I checked them out with the B.B.B they had a ton of complaints and they were also listed as being out of business.
I had contacted this company to get a quote to repair damage from Zeta. They were fairly responsive for the quote. However, when it was time to sign the contract, the "I'll right there" turned into 3 hours. The unprofessional young man that showed up made rude comments to my wife, and walked away. In short, he was late, rude, and uncouth. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. I don't know how good their work is, but it's not worth it to put up with this guy.
Never showed us a license and said we did not need permit. Checked with city and they said yes.
