On 25 October the PiHead group visited Jim's. This group visits restaurants throughout Central Texas searching for perfection in their pie menu. Today, at Jim's, they came close. They claim their Pies are made in house and we believe them. Our sampling of the Apple and Coconut Cream Pies proved to be excellent in flavor and texture. It's Jim's. Can't go wrong. Do note it gets busy, particularly on weekends, so the wait can become a bit longer.
