Great comfortable environment to enjoy coffee and dessert or a great meal. Burgers are great and the same for breakfast. Been going to Jim's for 50+ years!
Don was our waiter and awesome and super attentive but Demitra behind the counter with the face tattoos when we went to pay was rude and extremely unfriendly. My boyfriends card declined because it was compromised and we didn’t know it. She loudly just said declined and just kept the sour puss in her face. I understand serving the public can suck but it’s still your job. Won’t go back and I was just telling my boyfriend this was my favorite Jim’s.

Wait staff doesn't come back to refill drinks. Tables that ordered after yours gets food first. Food is cold by the time is actually gets to the table. Horrible service and cold food.
