My husband and I went to the West Side Market to purchase Prime Rib for New Years Eve. When we went to Jim’s we were greeted by three of the nicest people we have met in a long time. Minnie took the time to provide me with written directions on how to prepare it and even calculated the cook times. Before we left she directed us to a spice shop down the way and told us to ask for the Prime Rib spice. The lady was very chatty and friendly. Meat sure looked good. Got ribeye, breakfast sausage, and hamburger patties. Holiday prime rib giveaway in 2 weeks. In for 1 ticket.
The owners are so nice! The meat is cut fresh. We drive from Pittsburgh to Cleveland just to buy our meat!
Love the stuffed pork chop! We will be trying more of their meats!!
