I took 2 pieces in for repair. They were repaired within minutes, while I waited. They were extremely friendly, professional, and gave excellent service. I highly recommend Jim’s Jewelry!
We visited this store this past December during the Christmas event. We visited it twice and spent lots of money, because he had great items and the right price. We love all our treasures from this store and the owners were as nice as they could be. We will be back one day. We are from Florida, so they wrapped everything very well for us and put it in a box for us.
By far, bar none the absolute best service in Thomasville.
