I hired Jim in 2015 I was eligible for a state grant in the amount of $4500 I asked Jim for a estimate for heater and ducting, he sent it to DHS and they denied it because he took it among himself and tried selling me a central air conditioner, we agreed he would put in new furnace set up for air conditioner if I ever decided I wanted ac and I would pay $500 for ductwork at $100 for 5 months, he rewrote estimate and it was approved, I had lots of problems with furnace and it only came out the bathroom and 1 in living room, n... read more

Jim, dec'd. Nephew "Carvel" took over the business. Wasted 2 ½ hours, two failed attempts: at replacing a faulty inducer motor (no heat). Ill-tempered, defensive (argumentative) to cover up his sheer incompetence.

First few time I used their service was great. Quick fixes. This time around I have been waiting. When we spoke Saturday he said I will be there Monday I reached out to him Monday he said will try to be there by noon, called him again about 4 he said he was in the hospital, he would have someone else come by. His technician was not able to make it but he did call he assured me he would be at my house by 9:15 on Tuesday morning. It is almost 10 am he does answer his phone… at this point I called someone else. I just wished th... read more
