Bought my first new Harley there in October of 1994. The time when Harleys were all the rage. Jim and Mary were the only ones who would even talk to me at the time. They took my order and I still have the bike today. We have had a great relationship as friends and in business ever since.
If you go sit down and talk to the owners it a very nice place to be some good stories and one or two bad stories very trustworthy people never done me wrong I would go there every time they put a smile on my face . Join the Mendon chapter if wanted discounts and Jim’s knows his stuff very smart man keep up the excellent work!!!
Bought my first HD at Jims , when I need parts or service the staff is always there to help me , in person or on phone , only 5min away makes it nice to !!! Jim has a fantastic museum of antique rare motorcycles close to shop just ask to see it very nice and interesting !!!
I needed some "end caps" for a set of older mufflers I procured for my 1994 FLHR. One of the parts guys at my local dealer (Andrae's H-D in Urbana, IL) referred me to Jim's and I am thankful he did. I called and spoke with Roberta on Monday afternoon (11th), she got me all taken care of and I had my items by 7pm the next evening. They had what I needed and got it to me in record time. Nice little shop, but customer service sucks. Plus they don't give any kind of military discounts. Harley Davidson is always about the military and when I asked the old lady said, "she never heard about that." I wanted to ask if she had ever heard of the military.
