I am riding from Tennessee when I had an issue with my bike. called the dealership and they sent a truck and trailer to come scoop the bike up and myself. found that the rear bearings went out. and the wheel was shot from the bearings going out. the team fixed my bike to perfect working order. and also found that my rear brake pads needed to be changed. great service. for me, they had the hard to find parts
We called Jim's and was told the part we needed was in stock so we drove an hour and a half to go pick it up. Upon arriving we were told that they had looked up the wrong part and the part we inquired about was not. Needless to say they wouldn't even have one express shipped to us. Being that it was their mistake I feel the part should have been ordered shipped to our house and they should pay for the express shipping. Old school Harley Davidson shop
Jims harley in Mendon just lost my business. Called about getting a key made and Mary tells me it will be awile because she is the only one there. This was 10:50am approximately. Called back at noon someone else answers and doesnt even want to do anything to help me get what i need and tells me Mary is on break with jim..... Wow I thought there was no one else there. So I wouldnt go there id your getting parts for your bike not good service
