I have had them work on my BMW for several years and our other cars, as well. I have always been very pleased with their professionalism and service. In fact, they have corrected things that the BMW dealership had represented to me had been done, but the dealership had not actually done. So, I will continue to use this auto shop because it is hard to find a reputable shop.
Lier. Tries to over diagnose and is not honest. I am not sure if he really changes the parts he sells you. I wish I knew there are other honest European car experts before I ended up waiting my money w ith Jim..
We highly recommend Jim's Auto. While the owner is a bit shy and not the best in people skills, he was friendly and highly skilled. We had taken our older BMW to two other mechcanics and they were unable to properly fix our car. One visit to Jim's auto and he had our car running better than it had in years. Even our gas mileage improved tremendously. He gave us an upfront quote that was honest and fair, so there were no surprises. We will definetely return to his shop.
He may be in business for long time but his peoples skills are horrible. He would not listen to the details about problems I had with 3 of my cars that he worked on various occasions.He never anticipated the ongoing issues and would only do the repair necessary.He would get upset if questions were asked about the repair options.
