RecommendedThis place is a Mom & Pop shop with true American values and integrity! On a cross country trip, our trucks’ water pump went bad. I called Jim’s Express to ask for emergency help! I spoke to “Chad” and he got us in ASAP! “Eric” went above and beyond with consideration for us!!! Not only did he work on our truck, he even hooked the horse trailer back up so we didn’t have to! This place really did save the day! Thank you Jim’s !!!

I believe this business is opportunistic in trying to take advantage of its customers. I dropped a vehicle off for inspection and to change my leaking water pump. The manager called me after the inspection telling me the ball joints needed to be changed and quoted me around $500 to change them (over $200 just for parts that cost a fraction of the price at O'Reilly's, even for the Moog joints!). At 7:05 this morning while trying to get my mother to hospital for stress at7:30 they sent a truck with a new tire to me within 15 minutes and the kind gentleman had it all done within 10 minutes I thank you so very much I will be a repeat customer and also asked all my friends and family to like and do business there

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for my brakes at another shop to only be told "after" waiting a hour after my scheduled time they couldn't work me in that day!!! I HAD to have brakes... Called Jim's and he got me right in!! I'm done with my guy (used him for 15yrs) and, I will bring my business to Jim's from now on! Thank you all!!! OH, I left my coffee up there also... I'll swing by soon!
