The tree was absolutely gorgeous! We got the premium tree, so it was $85 but totally worth it. Nice atmosphere. Loved listening to Christmas music and everything. However, I’m giving it three stars because the customer service was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe reading the reviews and then being treated the way we were. Normally we even give a tip! Years of tradition, can't beat them!! My favorite tree lot for 20 years!!
LOVE going to Jims's Christmas Trees with my family. We always have an awesome, fun, festive time! You feel like a kid again while searching for the perfect tree, then head across the street to sing along with the Christmas music while enjoying all the decorations, and every year it's like seeing it for the first time. I love this place. All of the people who work there make sure you get what your looking for. They always bring my tree to my car and tie it up for me, which is great! The tree's are always gorgeous and so many to choose from and the price range is great. Im also glad that I can keep my money local. We will be geting our tree this afternoon...cant wait!!!
