He was super responsive before I even got to the shop, professional, incredibly helpful and honest for both parties involved with the accident. He went over every detail and made a number of suggestions for my situation. Tyler went above and beyond what I could have expected. 10/10 recommendation. Our GMC truck was wrecked by an uninsured motorist recently. Tyler helped us line up the rental car and get the claim paid thru our insurance. The parts and paint job look as good as if it just came out of the showroom and eveyone at the shop was a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend Jim's to all my friends and family.
