I’m extremely disappointed with Jim’s Auto. We paid a significant amount for repairs, and only a few months later the exact issues started happening again. When we brought the vehicle back expecting them to stand behind their work and honor their warranty, we were met with excuses instead of solutions. My experience with this car lot was great. The woman who helped me was friendly and honest. I left there with the car I went there to look at. My family has bought a few cars from there. I haven't had any problems with it. It's a very good car.
