I was told by another shop that Jim may have retired. Just wanted to leave a note here.
Slum lord. Doesn't return calls. Pretends to run a business. Really just a slacker who charges money to install something and never comes back to service it. Wouldn't recommend his service to anyone.
We have used JIm for repair of all of our household appliances for many years. He is prompt to return calls and best of all, he always comes on time when an appointment is scheduled. Jim has always been able to fix what we have broken AND is very reasonable in his service call pricing. We live in Sunriver and are grateful he comes out here for repairs. He is the BEST.
