I have never been treated more like a customer and friend, they bend over backwards to help you and they are up to their eyeballs in work,they have serviced my boat for over 15 years, never had a problem 1 time, great service, parts, sales, I only go here for everything and they always come through! !!!!
Sold us 3 boats and have provided excellent sales and maintenance services cosistently over about 15 years. They go out of their way to support their customers. Their service department staff are knowledge and courteous. Would highly recommend Jim's Anchorage for boat/jetski sales and service.

We bought our pontoon from Jim's in 2007 and they never forgot about us after the sale. They'be been taking care of us with friendly, courteous service ever since. Service has been excellent. If we would ever decide to upgrade, we'd go back to Jim's in a heartbeat.
I have previously said outstanding, but I need to add that the service it great and the people who work here are the best. Except Howard he is not only the best but is also funny (hilarious funny) LOL.
