These guys are a pleasure to work with! I’ve been around boats for over 40 years and am fairly knowledgeable and very particular about my Cobalt. I’ve heard good things about Jims so I brought my boat to them after I hit something in the water and my universal joint broke which also ruined the transom plate. This is no easy task to repair as it requires the removal of the engine. I would not trust anybody else to work on my Boat. My husband and I and our family were in Raystown for our vacation and decided to boat shop. My husband had a bass boat and with our family size we needed something a little bigger. We upgraded and we shopped at three different places before landing at Jim’s anchorage and were able to work with Joe. Purchased our first boat last weekend. Price was very fair, boat was completely ready for the lake. Jim's Anchorage staff were all very friendly the whole way thru the buying process. Was very happy that Joe took us out on the lake for a test drive in the boat and showed us how to load and unload, how to drive the boat, and got us everything we needed to be able to enjoy the day at the lake after our purchase. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade to a pontoon boat recently. We bought our first boat from Joe and were extremely pleased not only with price but the service during and after the sale.
