fish overcooked service to slow
Took 45 minutes to get our food and it definitely wasn’t worth waiting that long. There was so much grease in everything and the breading on the chicken tenders smelled like funnel cake.
Jimpas has some amazing food...good size portions and very friendly staff..I cant wait to go there again...
Customer Service sucks!! Young lady with purple hair working cashier register has a nasty attitude...I ask to speak to the Manager who attitude worst than the cashier... I sat waited 20 minutes for my food ... while waiting 4 others customers complained about their order... I get half way home ... to only find out my food was not what I ordered. Get home and the chicken was not cooked completely The owner needs new staff!!! I will never go there again ! I will be contacting the BBB for a refund ...just horrible experience 🤢... read more
The catfish was delicious and the chicken was so moist and flavorful will be going back again for sure
I am enjoying your new location and weekday availability. I am addicted to the large butterfly shrimp and have fallen into a habit of just ordering these. Other items are good but the shrimp are my very favorite. Always friendly and helpful service. Be sure and try if you have not been there.
This place is the tits. 7/5 best fucking food I've ever eaten.
