My husband spent close to 250 on a pair of red wing work boots here and they fell apart after 1 week of working in them. They said that if we had any problems to bring them back and they would make it right. Well we took them back two weeks ago and they still haven't sent them off and won't make the situation correct. It's sad because this was the only place we ever bought boots. They have lost a loyal customer. We will not EVER purchase boots or anything for that matter from here again.
