This was my second and last time at your salon. My nails started breaking because Jimmy used the machine too much and over-thinned my natural nails. They have been very painful, even 3 days later.

I started coming to Jimmy’s nails about 2 years ago. I was hesitant at first as I was not one to have pedicures often and I had only ever had one manicure before. Now I am a regular! Jimmy and his team are lovely people and are very good at what they do. Jimmy believes in customer satisfaction and always makes sure you are happy with the service you have received. If you haven’t tried- you should!
My friend and I went in just for manicures, but the upselling from Jimmy made the experience uncomfortable. My manicurist also made my cuticle bleed, and Jimmy was a bit self-righteous while working on my friend’s cuticles, almost shaming her. My daughter went separately and also felt pressured by constant upselling for gift cards, eyebrow waxing, premium services, and pedicures. It’s hard having to say “no” so many times. Otherwise the price is right and the job was well done, with the exception of the bleeding.
