Walking into Jimmy's Flower Shop was such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a wonderful vibe. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! Better than the photo on the website. Found this business via Google when I needed to send my sister some flowers. I live in a different state. I am very impressed. Thank you for allowing me to send something beautiful to my sister when I could physically be there.
I've ordered twice from here and recieved flowers once. The two times I went into the shop the ladies working were very dismissive of me. They didn't acknowledge me until I spoke up, when they couldn't find my order they were doubtful I had placed it correctly. This happened both times. They seemed too busy to give me the customer service I deserved. With the order that was sent to me they forgot to include the chocolates that were purchased with the flowers.
