I’m obsessed with my summer mermaid waves. Jimmy was professional, passionate, dedicated, and kind. It was super apparent to me how important it was to him that I was comfortable with every step of the process-from my physical comfort to my comfort level with being able to take care of it, how to style it and which products to use (which he gave me). Got naturally Slavic wavy k tips in Austin tx. Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, period. Jimmy is so kind, caring, and a true master of his craft. I love exploring my options and he offered whatever I wanted to see. I also have baby fine hair and wanted a specific blonde color...I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Worth EVERY penny and more. Even the cut is amazing. Truly life changing. Highly recommend.

Jimmy is a hair god!!!!! I’ve had extensions for over a decade from some of the best in LA and NYC and can honestly say I’ve never had such beautiful hair than with Jimmy. You would never know I have extensions. I feel like a goddess! Thank you Jimmy!!
