I normally get my hair cut far north of town, but as this adds several hours to my Saturday errand extravaganza I decided to try something more local to where I live in South Austin so I popped into Jimmy's for a change of scenery and a generic white boy "can you give me the Tom Brady fade?" hair cut. Now what I like about Jimmy's is what I like about any good hair cutter which is they keep the conversation to a minimum which means more haircut and less awkward small talk. Javi The Barber has been doing my sons cut for a while now. He's very experienced, professional and prideful in his art. I appreciate that he takes his time to understand what my son wants and is great at delivering. I highly recommend Javi if you're in the area and need a cut.
Got a little pre-shift snip before heading into Reverie Books. If anyone has been curious about the new(ish) barber in the Crockett Center strip…. They are o-okay by me. They are all great, in fact! Dave does great work!
