I took my vehicle to Jimmy's they are very profesionally and I take all of my vehicles and I tell everybody I know to take their vehicles to them in my opinion they are the best
I took my car to Jimmy's for a $60 alignment. Instead of an alignment, they handed me an $1100 estimate for tie rods and bearings, and charged $40 for the estimate. There was no discussion of any charges for any estimates, and I had to pay before they released the car. Most of the repairs were not necessary, the estimate was nearly twice as much as another local shop, and the car is only worth $2500. No way would I have agreed up front for a $40 estimate. Take your business elsewhere.
