Drop off and pickup was friendly and easy. Service was done in a timely manner and the loaner car was very helpful. Thank you!
My son recently got into his vehicle before school the other morning only for the vehicle not to start. He was very upset and panicked because he had to go to school. I took him to school and immediately called Jimmy's. I had the vehicle towed there and within hours I received a text and a call explaining what was wrong with my car. I had major maintenance done on a car with 90,000 miles. The service was friendly, timely and they followed up taking the time to explain everything and answered my questions. Very trustworthy and I would highly recommend.
Jaimie at Jimmy's is my go-to guy. I try to be pro-active with servicing my car and Jaimie always spends the time to check my past services to see what I need (oil change, wiper change, etc.) and, of course, the engine, tires, brakes. Everything. And they don't sell me anything I don't need. I feel Jimmy's is honest and truly cares about their clients.
