My husband took my truck here in Dec. 2024. I have yet to receive it back as of 2/25. I keep calling no answer. Guess I’ll contact the insurance company since we gave him the check months ago.
Took care in for bad gas, by the time he kept saying we needed this and that
Can’t say enough great things about Jimmy and his team. My car broke down on the way home from work, and even though the shop was about to close for the day and it was freezing cold, they towed my car and started working on it. They put in my new alternator in less than an hour, and invited me in the shop so I wouldn’t be cold and offered me coffee. Not even worth 1 Star. A liar, a con and a thief, and I can prove it. It took 9 weeks to repair a $1900 insurance claim? Now it's at Sky collision being repaired by professionals. It was a piss poor excuse of a complete job. I'm missing $4520 of tools, designer sunglasses, a new laptop and other electronics, clothing and shoes. A report has been filed with ACCPD. RUN AWAY AS QUICK AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolute worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had. Tried to give them multiple chances to fix the problem and the car kept getting worse. Really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but in the end we paid them a ton of money and the car is worse than when we started.
