I appreciate Jimmy and Cedric for coming through in the clutch for me every single time. From when i had a wreck & doing body work, to making sure my baby Blue is running properly. They never test drove my vehicle even though there was no other vehicles being worked on when I brought it back then tried telling me it was my exhaust even though my vehicle has been working just fine without an exhaust for 5yrs. Zero concern to remedy the issue or to even hop in and test drive it. I Sat up there for 5hrs and it never moved from the spot it was in and person after person brought there car and got it worked on and left but mine just sat there. Overall they get an F. My mother needed a new antifreeze reservoir replacement due to a leak. Mr. Jimmy was able to get it done in under two hours, including the delivery time for the new part. Friendly customer service!
My husband took my truck here in Dec. 2024. I have yet to receive it back as of 2/25. I keep calling no answer. Guess I’ll contact the insurance company since we gave him the check months ago.
