I want to let everyone know that Jimmys air conditioning and refrigeration is a very knowledgeable and professional organization. I had the most amazing technician named **** who reminded me of myself as a nurse I always document and take photos and explain everything to my Patients. **** was a fine young professional who knew a great deal about the **** systems. Had the owners son come to my house the first time. Nice guy but he did lousy work to be nice. Ran a drain pipe wasn't even sloped correctly no insulation around it also. So 2 months go by and my house is at 81. I call them they came out another nice guy name ***** I believe. He said there should have been insulation around pipe and also it was froze up and also no plug was installed so dust can get there. So they guy got my unit running again. They messed up the installation of a $10,000 Lennox system and didn’t correct the problems they caused. 1. They put the gas lines at waist height in attic blocking access to 1/3 of the attic space. 2. They left a air duct open in the attic instead of closing it off so we air conditioned the attic. Then they wouldn't come fix it when we said the house was hot. 3. The garage install took more space than we were told it would. 4. Competitively priced, fast & professional installation! Pleasant experience from start to finish! An older CB home that presented some challenges with air handler location & replacement. Very happy with service & highly recommend.

Had 2 other companies come and look at our ice machine. One said we needed a new one and the other wanted to charge us over $1000. Jimmy's came out day off and fixed it for less than $300.

I've worked in high-end construction, showrooms etc. and my dad is a developer. To say I have worked with a lot of subcontractors in my time is an understatement. These guys were great. I was referred by a good friend so I was hopeful but didn't expect them to be as wonderful as they were. Called them out to my house in Palm Bay and they were hands down one of the best I have endured. THANK YOU.

Recently used for both home (new ac unit) and business, and they are the best. Great customer service when calling to office, and techs go out of there way to fix whatever problem you might be having.

I just called this morning after returning home from evacuating. The technician has already been here and fix my problem. You are the best!
