Jake Munns Did a Good Job and I would give Him 5 Stars. We bought a 2025 RAV4 online before it was built and Jake Kept us Updated throughout the process. I would like to genuinely thank the team at this dealership for the inspiration they gave me to finally learn about cars! Because good lord they gave me the poorest most condescending explanation about what was wrong with my car. I have spent $2500 in the past year and a half trying to fix whatever is wrong with it- this includes tire replacements, part replacements, alignments etc. All of these were done at local small businesses by the way, and they were somehow able to explain complex systems of the suspension of my car ... read more
They were the only dealer to respond to my email inquiry with "real numbers". I leased a 2026 Prius LE through the Toyota leasing program, which had several "cash bonuses". They cut a square deal and although I had to practically give away my 2011 Cadillac CTS wagon because of electrical/electronic issues, they gave me a square deal. No BS. No bait-and-switch. No arguments. I dealt with Larry and I would highly recommend him as a salesman. Morris handled the financials and was a pleasure to work with. No-stress deal.

They are using switch and bait they estimate your payment on their website and switch when your in the showroom their website said I can purchase a 2023 Camry for 23,985 267.00 per month 4.49 apr 72 months with 10,000 down the interest rate went to over 7 percent I showed the sales person the website quote so they lowered the interest rate but then messed up my trade in, on their website they offered me 1200-1800 for my trade through KBB which is what they use to aprassise vehicles but when the appraised my vehicle at the de... read more

Deeply dishonest both in sales and repairs. These people are professional liars. I have never had a worse experience at a car dealership than at Haddad Toyota. AVOID!!!
