I went in Thursday morning to buy a cake knife set for my daughters first birthday party Saturday😬, they didn’t have what I wanted in store but she spent the entire day searching until she found me two beautiful options! She got it here the next day and the engraver came in and monogrammed it for me! This is such a special piece I know she will have forever! They went above and beyond, I’ll always refer them and shop here!!!

I had an inexpensive but sentimental ring that needed repair. Jimmy Ray and all the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. They had it repaired and ready extremely quick. They also did a great job!

They are outstanding, customer service is above and beyond. My husband bought my engagement ring from them. He will always be loyal to Wendy. He said she was super nice and helpful not pushy and he didnt feel rushed. Every time we go into the store all the staff is friendly and helpful, this has been really nice in the middle of a pandemic (covid19).
