Service Dept charged $450 for a diagnostic, battery change, shop materials and tax. Problem still exists because the recommendation was a total replacement of communication module when the systems were fully functional. It was not the only way to fix the issue, but no other options were given.
Would recommend Jimmy Smith Buick GMC. Excellent service and Bob Sherrod went out of his way to help with any questions we had. Love my new Buick.

On Fri. 8/25 my wife and I bought a Cadillac Escalade. We traded in our vehicle and we were asked by the Sales person Bob Sherrod "if we had 2 keys to our vehicle that we were trading?" I told him yes, and he made the comment that "of course they had 2 keys for the Cadillac Escalade that I was purchasing because Escalade Owners tend to keep up with that sort of thing." I took my 2016 2500 Duramax in for an oil change, tire rotation and wanted them to balance the tires because the truck had vibration around 70mph. It was also showing some random Stabilitrac lights that I asked them to look into. The service man at the counter said no problem, we'll take care of it. Fast forward an hour and a half, he hands me my keys and says all they did was change the oil and rotate the tires. If the vibration is still there, come back for the balance.
