sorriest company around. Brought a vehicle there to have fixed and they put timing chain instead of transmission. lied to me like a dog saying that had to be done first. $2500 later, now they say it needs a transmission and will do nothing about it. Jimmy tried to get me to lease one so he could add on $5,000 and take mine off my hands. Going to tell everyone i know to never go there for anything. Nobody there knows what they are doing. Special place for car dealers and I think you know where that is.
Customer Service from the general manager needs major improvement. I would never recommend purchasing from this dealership. I would strongly encourage people to head to Bently just 20 minutes away.
Sales manager acted like he could care less if he sold a vehicle.

We recently purchased a previously owned vehicle from Jimmy Smith Buick and found it to be the most wonderful experience for us! The process was super convenient, no hard sales tactics and felt everyone was very respectful of our time as the entire process only took about an hour. In fact, we spent more time test driving then signing papers! Francis, our sales person was fantastic to work with as well as our finance person, Carmon. The absolute worst service department I have ever seen. I have never been treated so poorly at any businesses. They obviously don’t care about repeat customers or potential new car buyers. They do not stand behind their service. They provided a quote over the phone for service, I made an appointment based on that quote. When I arrived they kept me waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time, then quoted the same service and it had gone up by over $50. Told me they never quoted the original price.
