I was referred to your dental practice by my sister. She always raves about how much she loves this practice and the professionalism that is executed at each visit. Very effective, friendly, and knowledgeable staff
I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate my visits for many reasons, but most of all...I appreciate your honestly. I had visited two dental facilities, both in Snellville and they were trying to sell me on something that I didn't even need. One facility tried to have me see a Periodontist, claiming that I had gum disease. Conveniently, this "Specialist" was in the same building, just down the hall. Very professional and this was the first time I went. I’m a very nervous dental patient and they made me feel completely at home and relaxed. I highly recommend going all the staff snd doctors.
I have been a patient of Dr. Balkcom's twice in my life for a combined total of about 15 years. Once as a child when he first joined the practice until I went off to college, and again afterwards as an adult when I was able to choose my own dentist. He and his staff are always friendly and professional and explain clearly and honestly the state of my dental health and what changes I should make if any.
The staff was very nice and all my questions were answered I actually liked going to the dentist.
