With the new owner in place the prices have gone up considerably. Also when Dr. Balkcom owned the practice there was zero wait time. When I arrived Karen was always waiting on me. Under the new owner I waited 20 minutes before being called back. That was a first. Also the nice lady, Sam, who was working the front desk was not sure about the billing but that was not her fault. My family has been a customer for over 18 years. Great team here.
Dentist arent my favorite, but the staff here and the work they do make it more enjoyable !
