I am Dr. Balkcom's patient for about 20 years. He and his staff are wonderful. They are genuinely caring and very efficient. Recently I had toothache and called Dr. Balkcom's office. He was about to leave the office that Friday afternooon but asked me to come right over. I truly appreciate what Dr. Balkcom and all his staff do for their patients.
