I am new to the area and had just chipped a tooth. I called the office and spoke with Laura. Her level of customer service is over the top! Not only was she able to fit me in the next morning, she was also able to fit me in for a procedure that same afternoon. Dr. Ceron and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very glad i found them.
Dr. Balkcom and his ENTIRE STAFF are the very best! I moved to Atlanta area, and still drive back to Snellville to see him.
I have a very busy schedule and live an hour away. They have always been very understanding and accommodating!
