Jimmy was the best..he got our air back running!! He was very knowledgeable! We had another company come out and wanted to rip us off and wanted us to buy a new central air unit.
Wish I could give negative stars!! Worse company I’ve ever dealt with in my life!! First of all it took two weeks to attempt to show up to my tenant’s home. When finally he’s supposedly on his way he texted me saying I need to cash app/Zell my service fee. Absolutely not!!! What professional company request those forms a payment? This is a heating and cooling company not a lemonade stand!! Do better!! And if all u accept are those forms a payment make that clear in the very beginning! It gives SCAM!!! Jimmy was very responsive, communicative and able to accommodate me last minute when I was in a bind with my furnace situation. Definitely recommend.
I read all these reviews and thought it would be helpful to share my experience with Jimmy and Mendez Heating and Cooling. I have so many stories of Jimmy showing up for us over and over.
