History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. The yeast rolls are sweet and the servers are even sweeter! The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection... best meal I have had while dining out in a long time!
Liked the decor and peanuts! We had margaritas and they were only average. Our server bright hot rolls with honey butter right away tho we weren't eating. Busy for 2:30 on a Thursday.

Loved it and a great drink was made in a shaker and was brought to the table. Basically got 2 drinks out of it.
The food presentation is poor. I got crab cakes and a salad. The crab cakes were not edible - I thought they stunk. My husband said they tasted fine. We brought them home with us and by the time we got home he tossed them in the trash. The rolls were delicious.
