History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. Wait staff is attentive, food is wonderful, peanuts on the floor gives character, rolls with honey butter is awesome.
Usually we like Jimmy Mac's. We went there yesterday and we ordered 1 chowder, 2 small salads and a sandwich. The people beside us left and new people came and got full steak dinners. They got their dinners and almost finished them when I told the waitress I wanted to cancel my Sandwhich that I ordered with plain mayo. The manager came over and apologized as the order did not get put in. He said he would comp us the sandwich and my husbands Chowder. When it came the chowder was not comped. Nice place to eat. My $21 steak was terrible. My wife's steak was fine.

I had the campfire burger and mom had the campfire chicken sandwich and hubby had the 6oz steak. All dishes were perfect and delicious..casual atmosphere..comfy booths..will definitely be back.
