Outstanding doctor. Very thorough. Explained all procedures in detail. Highly respectful to patient privacy. Highly recommend. Nursing staff was phenomenal as well.
My wife has been seeing Dr. Lam and has had a fantastic experience. The office is welcoming, the staff is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Lam is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain treatment options, and makes sure all questions are answered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dermatologist!
Dr. Jimmy Lam is one of the best in the business! Not only did he spot my skin cancer, and help schedule its removal, his eye for detail on knowing exactly what your skin needs is unmatched! He cares, follows up, and is beyond incredible at what he does. His nursing staff and the front office check in are always so sweet and kind. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset about the experience today. My mom, who is 88 years old and handicapped, had an initial appointment at 11 o’clock for a consultation as she has psoriatic arthritis. We live an hour away and had to navigate LA traffic and by the time we parked and made it into the office, as she also can’t move fast, we got there at 11:18.
