Went to On The Edge this evening and ordered a side salad. After 50 minutes the salad still was not served. It's literally lettuce, tomatoes and black olives. That's it. The bartender checked with the cook who stated he had not even started the salad yet. This is a place we usually enjoy but just lost my business. And no it was not busy.

RecommendedReally was blown away by how delicious their food was. We ordered the large sampler appetizer (everything was awesome especially the chicken wings & mozzarella sticks) I had the philly cheesesteak with homemade chips, hubby had the same but with fries, daughter had the Buffalo sandwhich (crispy) & fries. Thanks to friends for recommending this place we will definitely be back. If you are questioning checking this place out, just go you'll enjoy it. Also the staff was so nice.

I am updating my review as the owner found me on Facebook and reached out to me to apologize and make things right. She truly worked to resolve the issue and proved customer service is important to her and the restaurant. I received an incorrect pizza and cheese bread so burnt, it was literally black. When I requested this be fixed, they refused to do anything about it. Absolutely unacceptable service and delivery of food.

We ordered on door dash from them and the food was horrible, chicken wings were slimy and almost to the point of not being cooked enough.. The fries were cold and soggy, I ordered waffle fries and got 8 yes 8 fries for around $7. The bun on the burger was burnt and wet, it was supposed to be a plain burger but came with all the fixings. I do not recommend this place and would not eat there again.
