We placed a pickup order and it wasn’t ready til 3 and a half hours later, and then we called and were told that we would still have to pay full price if we were to go and pick it up. Absolutely outrageous if you ask me. Cause personally if I’m ordering food when I’m hungry I don’t really wanna wait another 3 hours to get it, especially if it’s coming from a place that’s meant to be relatively “convenient” and “fast”.
